Why can I not register with my private email address? Why can I not pay with my own credit card?

The Wilo merchandise online shop is only for operational purposes. Therefore, the registration must be with the Wilo email address. All purchases must be charged to cost centers of the WILO SE or in case of the subsidiaries with an invoice to the company.

Is there an offline version of the online shop? Like a PDF catalogue?

No, we do not offer this feature. Please register with your Wilo email address in the online shop to gain access to our merchandise portfolio.

How long does the delivery take?

In Germany: depending on the scale of your order, delivery will take 2 - 5 days. Express deliveries will need 1 - 2 days.
In the EU: 1 week, express deliveries need 2 days
Outside of EU: 3 - 8 weeks, express deliveries are not possible

What are the delivery costs?

In Germany: Depending on the scale of the order, it will be 7.90 – 9.90 EUR per package. Express deliveries start at 25 EUR
In EU: Depending on the scale of your order, delivery costs per package will start at 26.50 EUR. Costs for express deliveries will be given on demand.
Outside of EU: The delivery costs are depending on the shipping method, that is agreed on between subsidiary and the international order management.

Who delivers my Wilo merchandise order?

In the EU: Moll KONZEPT GmbH will be the sender. They work with DHL and UPS for most of the times. For bigger deliveries they employ freight forwarding companies.
For orders outside of the EU, the sender will be WILO SE. Depending on the possibilities, the merchandise deliveries will arrive together a pump delivery from our logistic center in Werne, Germany. In other cases, the department of international order management will arrange for a delivery via DHL Express after consulting the subsidiary. 

Is it possible to the send the order to a hotel/event venue/to my home address?

Yes, this is possible. Please change the address during check-out. Please note, that the invoice address has to be your company‘s address

My order has arrived incomplete or damaged. What do I do?

If your order is not complete, please check the delivery note. Sometimes, we are out of stock and will deliver the rest as soon as the article is back on stock. If the delivery note misses this information, please contact info@moll-konzept.de.
If you order has arrived damaged, please send us some pictures of the damage. We will take care of this.

Can I return the merchandise to the online shop?

This is possible, if the articles are still in the original packaging. Please contact info@moll-konzept.de on how to proceed.
The only exception from return is clothing. Unfortunately, we do not have the right facilities to process clothing for resell.

Is it possible to change or cancel my order?

Please contact info@moll-konzept.de asap regarding your request, because we start with packing and delivery right after the order confirmation.
If you have already received the order, please contact the afore mentioned email to discuss on how to proceed.

What are my payment options?

If you belong to WILO SE, Germany, we will charge the cost center. All subsidiaries in the EU will receive an invoice directly from the online shop, which is represented by Moll KONZEPT GmbH. For subsidiaries outside of the EU, the WILO SE will send an intercompany invoice.
